
Domestic Orders
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our office in New York State via USPS or UPS. Customers have different options at checkout to upgrade the transit time. The “Small Box” shipping option will be sent with whichever service is most cost effective for the items ordered. Customers pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.

International Orders
Due to the increasing complexity of duties and tax requirements which are different for every country in the world we do not collect and remit these charges on behalf of our customers. At this time we are still shipping our products internationally, however, it is the responsibility of the customer to determine any additional fees required by their local customs office prior to delivery.
We will ship your order to the address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. We will ship within 1-2 business days at the rates quoted on our site. Customers pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.
The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. Please note that orders that are returned due to customer supplied address errors or the shipping company's inability to reach the customer to collect duties or taxes will be refunded once received back at our offices less any freight costs.
Once an order leaves the United States we are not able to provide additional information beyond the tracking that was emailed at the time the order ships. In some countries, random packages have been known to get delayed by customs for several days or weeks. In our experience, all boxes are eventually delivered if the address provided was correct. In the case of a delayed parcel, please contact your local post office to see how the process works in your specific area.
